Good evening 

Acquisitive crime still remains very low for the above date with 1 Theft of motor vehicle being reported. The local neighbourhood officers have been conducting regular patrols around the location to try to give that visible presence and re-assurence. A school input was given to year 6 students at Chuckery primary school by a member of the team explaining the need to try to take the heat out of a argument before it gets out of hand and escalates to something much more serious.

Once again the neighbourhood team would like to thank the residents of Chuckery for the help and support given to officers. 

Sometimes Chuckery can suffer from Flytipping if any residents does see rubbish discarded please consider using the Fix my street App. Any reports will go direct to Walsall Council to try to action. 

Would you like to get involved with Street Watch? 

Street Watch is a community-led project. It’s made up of groups of volunteers who are at least 18 years old. The groups go out and patrol their area. The patrols help to stop crime and anti-social behaviour. They also help people in the area get to know each other. As a Street Watch member, you'll patrol your local area alongside one of your neighbours for at least two hours every month, at times which suit you.

You'll talk to people you meet and encourage them to take an active interest in keeping your area safe. So, your neighbours know what you're there for, you wear a high-visibility Street Watch jacket.
