Dear Residents,

We are continuing to target criminals, illegal drivers, those involved in violence and anti-social behaviour in Dudley Town Centre and within our local neighbourhoods.

What’s been happening:-

•      Dudley Town

PCSO’s have recently carried out Police Surgeries at The Pavilion, Priory Park, Dudley, Barclay’s Bank High Street Dudley and the EVOLVE College Campus.  These surgeries enable the general public to air their views and concerns regarding their local neighbourhood. 

PCSO’s Tugby and Perry attended Foxyard’s Primary School to give a talk to the children about People who help us. It was a lovely morning and the children were happy to engage with officers.

•      Local Neighbourhood Area

Our officers have seized two vehicles under Section 59 of the Police Reform Act for Anti-Social Behaviour at the location of the Showcase Cinema Dudley.  This is a stark reminder to anyone who thinks this behaviour will go unpunished.

A male has been arrested for multiple shop thefts and has received a 56 week custodial sentence.

•      Off Road Bikes

We are continuing our work to tackle problems regarding off road bikes around the Dudley borough.  Any information regarding off road bikes please let us know, as we continue to patrol the areas of concern.
