The Low Hill Neighbourhood team have been receiving further reports around homelessness and rough sleepers and i would therefore like to provide alternative information on reporting/offering support to homeless individuals.

If you are concerned about someone sleeping rough, please report this through to www.thestreetlink.org.uk, where the details you provide are sent to outreach teams in Wolverhampton where they can connect with the induvial and offer help and support.
