OP ADVANCE RETURNED TO DUDLEY TODAY

Officers have been executing warrants, tackling retail crime and working to keep the roads safe as a police operation returned to Dudley today (10th April).

Our existing teams have been supported by specialist resources from across the force to help address concerns across the borough during Op Advance.

Officers have been looking to arrest wanted suspects and tackle issues we know matter to both residents and businesses including violent crime, road safety, anti-social behaviour and shop theft.

Officers have both been visible and plain-clothed on duty and have been working with partners on some planned joint activity. 

This included both enforcement, engagement and education with some crime prevention advice.
