Weekly Update from your local Sherbourne NPT
Dear Members Here’s your weekly update from myself and the rest of the team.
What’s Been Happening . Burglaries Good news, no burglaries reported this week. With the weather being very warm at the moment, having windows and doors open is the most natural thing to do BUT remember to close and lock them before going out. . Vehicle Crime There have been three reports of vehicle crime this week. A motorbike was stolen from Holyhead Road. Two vehicles have had their number plates stolen. One was parked on Lake View Road and the other on Dulverton Ave.
You can mark all property with a UV marker making it easier for lost or stolen property to be returned should the worst happen. It is also a good idea to keep a record of where you marked the property and note down any serial numbers. You can register valuables at www.immobilise.com
. In other News The team have been extremely busy investigating all crimes reported in the area. CCTV and house to house enquiries can take quite a bit of time to complete but we have had some good results. Offenders have been identified and named. Next step…… a visit from officers and arrest made 😊
The team have also had large number of prisoners to deal with for various offences in the area. All being dealt with appropriately for the crime they have committed.
We might have been busy arresting people but we have also made time to conduct patrols in the area. Nothing of note has been picked up, so all good there.
Stay safe everyone. If you have any information about crime in your area you can let us know 100% anonymously by contacting CRIMESTOPPERS 0800 555 111 Get involved.
