I would personally like to thank Chelmsley Wood Police Cadets for all their help with setting up/taking down and how they conducted themselves throughout the event. They are a credit to WMPolice and their Cadet Officer Liz.

The Chelmsley Team Officers have been very busy this week and there have been plenty of arrests, at least 6, for offences like Theft from shops, Domestic Violence & recall to prison. Even as I type PCSO’s Ahmed & Foley have just spotted a wanted male in Marston Green, great observations guys, officers attending let’s make that 7 arrests.

Late update as I didn’t have the results before going on rest days, on the 9th May we worked alongside WMP Road Harm Team when we found 2 stolen vehicles, 1 stolen motor bike, made 2 arrests for drug offences & seized 1 off road bike.

One of our Cadets, Lola, is fund raising for Child Mental Health Charities Charlie’s Wings & Solar Camhs/Barnardos.  Take a look at this event she has organised and please support if you can. I am aware that there are some amazing raffle prizes so feel free to contact Lola’s Mum (details on poster) if you can’t attend but would like a raffle ticket.

I understand another of our Cadets will be doing a Charity Parachute jump soon, they really are an amazing group of young people.

Stay safe and well for the week ahead
