I would like to introduce myself, as the Olton designated Neighbourhood Officer. You will be getting regular updates from me about crime and what we are doing to tackle that crime in your local area.
Crime update This week there has been an Attempt theft of Motor Vehicle on Richmond Road. Theft of Motor Vehicle on Stoneleigh Road. In Good News Arrests have been made this week for Sexual Assault, Assault and harassment. Op Advance has taken place tackling anti-social behaviour and off-road bikers, which resulted in Stolen vehicle/ bikes being recovered. Religious faith engagement completed including re-assurance patrols. Pro- active visible patrols have been conducted around the neighbourhood and crime hot spots. Including a residents meeting which took place on Masons Way. Parking concerns were raised and have been addressed with local business. The LEOS team would like to invite you to our ASB and crime drop in, at McDonald’s 26/38 Warwick Road, Olton, Solihull B92 7HX on Wednesday 25th June from 3:30pm. The team will have a table set up outside the restaurant, feel free to drop by and talk about any issues in your neighbourhood. We will also be handing out safety equipment for your homes and cars, personal attack alarms and literature on crime prevention.
