Our team have been busy this week carrying out some of the following:

• a number of offenders targeting stores in the area identified and listed on PNC as ‘wanted’, some to be arrested and others postal charged.

• arrest and charged an offender for 4 shop thefts

• supporting our ‘Response’ officers across the Dudley Borough.

• ‘Police Surgery’ held at Lye Library

• ‘Cuppa with a Copper’ which gives people the chance to sit and chat with the police about things which concern them within the community.

• continued community engagement in our local primary schools with our Junior PCSO programme.

• attended a large number of appointment logs within our community in order to resolve problems, offering reassurance, support, guidance and advice.

• ‘ASB’ summer-time and night-time economy patrols in Stourbridge Town Centre and surrounding areas.

• gathered and processed a large amount of intelligence.

• targeted patrolling with our ‘Anti-Social Behaviour’ and ‘Violent Crime’ areas.
