||
Dear Residents,
This Is a quick update on this set –
Reported Crime ( 22nd August – 28th August )
Theft of Motor Vehicle - 1 Theft from Stall – 0 Burglary - 2
Updates - The encampment on CHINN BROOK Rec left In the week, several travellers went onto SWANSHURST PARK, Birmingham City Council have been busy In the area placing concrete block at entrances on Billesley Common, currently we have no encampments In the area. We did have a report of a encampment on Daisy Farm Park, however this proved negative with a local resident believing the travellers were heading there.
We are now waiting for Birmingham City Council to secure and clean the area.
We are also patrolling School Road around the shops and McDonalds due to an increase of begging. Patrols have been concentrated on Maypole Retail, Hollybank Road and Billelsey Common.
Brandwood was also patrolled as a report was sent of drug dealing near to Mossfield Road – this has now been passed to BRANDWWOOD NHT.
Today we have been helping British Transport Police with an issue near to Slade Lane, and we found a missing person at the Lickey Hills, Rednal. The missing was safe and well and family updated.
There will be a meeting at the Billesley Fire Station at 6 pm on 12th September, regarding any issues, as this will be the Fire Station, there maybe limited space.
