Dear residents and local businesses,
Here is a roundup of what the Foleshill Neighbourhood team officers have been doing this week.
OUR Priorities
Our priorities are anti-social behaviour in Edgwick park- Officers have continued to patrol Edgwick park throughout this week. This weekend officers were based at the park with our police van this was an opportunity for residents to receive crime prevention advice and raise any local issues.
Officers were also continuing their hi visibility patrols at the Gallagher retail park. Again we have our police van parked up and officers were interacting with shoppers and giving crime prevention advice. Shop theft is still a big issue on the retail park this week officers have completed a plain clothes operation targeting prolific offenders, no arrests were made and enquiries will be ongoing
IN OTHER NEWS
Over the last week or so opportunist vehicle crime has slightly risen, can we remind all drivers when leaving you vehicle parked and unattended all valuables are taken off show and that the vehicle is properly secured. Officers have been completing target vehicle patrols in the north west of the city focusing on car parks of hotels, supermarkets and entertainment venues. If you spot anything suspicious please report it via 999 in case of an emergency or 101 for non emergency reports
