End of Summer time.

Dear Resident.

IT doesn't seem long ago that we were enjoying days of endless sunshine, and long light evenings.

However on Sunday the 26th of October 2026 the clocks go back 1 hour, and those Summer days will become even more of a memory.

As the days become shorter many people will still be out when darkness falls. The shorter days can be used by burglars to help identify potential targets, as a property in darkness is more likely to be unoccupied.

There is a solution to this. The use of a simple plug in timer, or more advanced app based system to time lights to come on as darkness falls so making a property appear occupied, and so less of a target.

So the message is simple: Lock up lights on!
