Silhill Crime Update

Good afternoon,

Here is your WMnow update for what has been going on in the Silhill area since our last message and what the team has been up to.

Crime Updates:

There was an interference with a vehicle on Manor Road which occurred between 0100hrs - 0700hrs on Friday 7th February 2026. An unknown offender has gained access to a Black Ford Focus, the vehicle has been searched but nothing has been taken.

There was a  Residential Burglary on Shustoke Road which occurred between 0140hrs - 0145hrs on Tuesday 10th February 2026. During the Burglary, a white Toyota Yaris was stolen; this vehicle has since been tracked and recovered. 

There was a Residential Burglary on Broad Oaks Road which occurred at 1906hrs on Thursday 12th February 2026. Entry was gained to the property by smashing a window at the rear of the property; jewellery was stolen from within the address. 

There was a Theft Of Motor Vehicle on Warwick Road which occurred between 1100hrs - 1400hrs on Thursday 12th February 2026 whereby an unknown offender has stolen a Black Ford Fiesta.

Good News:

The team conducted a drugs warrant at an address in Olton this week following intelligence received from local residents. During a search of the address, a quantity of class B drugs were found and seized. 

The team have also been conducting patrols in our hotspot areas, proactively looking for vehicles and offenders that are linked to committing crime on our area. We will continue with patrols to make your area as safe as possible. Please report any suspicious behaviour via 101 or online on the WMP website. This will assist us greatly in coordinating our daily patrols.
