Erdington and Stockland Green area what’s been happening

14 x Intelligence reports submitted by officers to assist in the local policing for the area of Stockland Green and Erdington. 

5 x Targeted Guardian Patrols have been conducted at set times in Erdington High Street & Stockland Green for Violent Crime and Anti-Social Behaviour.

Two men have been arrested for theft offences after swift action from local neighbourhood officers. Stockland Green officers assisted with a short foot chase and apprehended one male who was wanted for a Recall to prison and a live shop theft. 

A 32-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of shop theft and further arrested for two counts of theft and two counts of burglary. Both men remain in custody for questioning.

Whilst officers out on patrols nr to junc of Rosary Road / Slade Road they have come across a female who was wanted for a DIP breach failing to attend a drug intervention programme … she was arrested and taken in for processing. 

Housing provider asked officers to pay a visit to a HMO property in Erdington whereby the tenants behaviour needed to be addressed and advised, or this could have led to action been taken against their tenancy …. Outcome was a positive one and the tenant has understood and will address their conduct swiftly.
