Weekly round-up from your local Neighbourhood Team

Good evening residents of Rowley,

Apologies for any lack of end of 6 updates as of late due to absences.

Officers from the local neighbourhood team have been busy this set making arrest attempts, conducting weapon patrols in local parks, recovering stolen property, conducting traffic stops and enquiries, investigating reports of crime, supporting colleagues in response with attending calls to service, collecting and developing intelligence, securing outcomes for victims of crime, working with partners from multiagency local authority to improve conditions for residents and much more.

Officers are looking forward to our next set in which we are going to engage in various training to broaden our knowledge and develop our response to stakeholders.

We are aware of recent social media trends regarding under 25 violence being distributed to students in and around the community.

As the sun continues to shine and we can swap winter coats for t-shirts and enjoy warmer weather, we ask and hope that you have a safe weekend, make appropriate preparations should you be heading out to the beer gardens and bars and not take the risk of drink driving, it's not just you and your passengers you put at risk but other road users.
