Update from Moseley and Kings Heath neighbourhood policing team Dear Resident, Here’s a quick round up from myself and the rest of the Moseley and Kings Heath neighbourhood policing team. What’s been happening?
This following week: Streetwatch patrols Officers carried out Streetwatch patrols in both Kings Heath and Moseley, focusing on ASB hotspots including Kings Heath High Street and Oxford Road in Moseley, as well as surrounding locations.
High-Visibility Patrols & Leaflet Drop In response to ongoing ASB and reports of suspicious activity, officers conducted high-visibility patrols in targeted locations. As part of this work, leaflets were distributed to residents to help gather information and intelligence.
Partnership Working This week, we have been liaising with local housing officers to arrange joint meetings covering Kings Heath and Moseley. These meetings are scheduled to take place this month, aiming to strengthen partnership working and address local concerns more effectively.
Joint Parking Operation Officers worked alongside Birmingham City Council on joint parking enforcement operations, addressing parking issues. Community Engagement – Passover With the start of Passover, officers have been carrying out additional patrols at local synagogues, working closely with the Jewish community to provide reassurance and support where needed.
Graffiti Officers worked with Birmingham City Council to identify a local individual responsible for graffiti and following the investigation, we seized all equipment and issued a community protection warning.
