Burglary of unconnected building - There has been one report of burglary between Sunday 19th July 2026 and Monday 27th July 2026.

Between 24th July 2026 and 25th July 2026, unknown offender/s have gained access to a garden shed by an insecure door and stolen items on CHESTER ROAD.

Theft of motor vehicle – There has been no reports of Theft of a motor vehicle between Sunday 19th July 2026 and Monday 27thth July 2026.

Theft from a motor vehicle – There has been one report of Theft from a motor vehicle between Sunday19th July 2026 and Monday 27th July 2026.  

Between 17th July 2026 and 18th July 2026, unknown offender/s have gained access into an insecure vehicle and stolen items on WHATELEY CRESCENT.

Interference with a motor vehicle - There have been no reports of Interference with a motor vehicle between Sunday 19th July 2026 and Monday 27th July 2026.  

What has been happening? Good news –

Arrests:

1 x Male arrested for indecent exposure 

1 x Male arrested for dip breach 

1 x Male arrested for voyeurism 

1 x Female arrested for failing to appear 

1 x Male arrested for burglary 

1 x Male arrested for Obstruct a police officer in execution of their duty

On 24 July 2026 the local neighbourhood team visited the food pantry at Evergreen Family Hub in Kinghurst. 

On 25 July 2026 the local neighbourhood team arranged a beat surgery at the local St Anthony's Church in Kingshurst, it was an amazing turnout with lots of positive engagement and lots to hear from the community regarding ongoing community issues. 

We have conducted speed watch on Mull Croft in Smithswood and on Gilson way in Kingshurst where those who have been caught exceeding the speed limit will receive letters through the post. 

Following a beat surgery on the 23 July 2026 at Kingshurst Library, we were kindly donated hand knitted Trauma Teddies by the local Kingshurst Library Needle Crafters to distributed by emergency services in times of need when one is needed for those who have experienced a traumatic event. 

A beat surgery was also held at Elmwood Family hub were there was an amazing turnout with lots of positive engagement and lots to hear from the community.
