Pleck and Palfrey neighbourhood Team Update

Good Evening,

This is your weekly round up from the Pleck and Palfrey neighbourhood team and we have had another busy Set of 6! 

We have visited residents in both Dora Street and Holford Avenue in relation to problems we have been having around the area. Individuals have been trying car doors in the area and taking anything that is of value in the vehicles. We are asking all members of our community to ensure their car doors are locked and to just be aware. If anybody sees this happen or recognises any individuals who are involved in this then please call 101 and report this. 

Reedswood Sons Of Rest Talbot House Community Centre was also visited this week to engage with members of our community.  

We also visited the Village Hotel and the Holiday Inn to provide reassurance and be a presence in a previous hot spot area.

Palfrey Officers attended a community cycling session with other members of the community. 

Palfrey police also took part in two cuppa with a copper events this week to discuss any problems or queries anybody have had.  

Officers visited Alexandra Road in regard to recent ASB issues on the street. 

Multiple stop searches have been conducted this set. Also, various positive outcomes and drugs have been seized as well as offenders have been dealt with. 

Multiple Officers have seized multiple different vehicles this week for reasons such as driving without insurance and no road tax. 

A male was arrested in relation to drugs this week. 

A male was also arrested for failing to appear in court. 

We are having a Police Surgery at Morrisons Café, Wallows Lane, Walsall, WS2 9BZ on 05/08/26 at 11:00 hours. This will take place for an hour. If you have any problems or queries or just wish to speak to a member of the police, then please come down and see us. We look forward to seeing you all!
