Dear Residents and Local Businesses,

Here is your weekly update from your local neighbourhood Policing Team, to let you know some of what we've been busy dealing with: 

PATROLS

Our officers have been carrying out high visible patrols across the area. We have been paying special attention to the industrial states around Henley and Longford and have conducted late night patrols.

ARRESTS

The team made 1 Arrest for theft from motor vehicle. Through further investigative work, the team were able to perform 2 further arrests for the offences of burglary and theft from motor vehicle at industrial sites in Henley.

BURGLARY

One residential burglary was reported on Almond Tree Avenue on 18/9/26 at 21:23 hours. 

One attempted residential burglary occurred on Kegworth Close between 10/9/26 – 21/9/26.

VEHICLE CRIME

A vehicle was reported stolen from Thomas Lane Street overnight 13/9/26 – 14/9/26. 

A vehicle was reported stolen from Rafferty Adams Way on 16/9/26. 

A vehicle was stolen from Riley Square Car Park overnight 14/9/26 – 15/9/26

A theft from motor vehicle was reported on Bedworth Road on 22/9/26. 

Fuel was stolen from a vehicle which was parked on Proffitt Avenue overnight 21/9/26 – 22/9/26. 

A theft from vehicle was reported on Thomas Lane Street overnight 21/926-22/9/26. 

A theft from vehicle was reported on Tallants Road on 15/9/26.

PARCEL THEFTS

We have received reports of theft of parcels from outside addresses by persons wearing delivery company uniforms. Our enquiries are continuing but we are advising residents to remain vigilant about leaving parcels insecure.

We have arranged a Cuppa With A Coppa 

On Tuesday 29/9/26 at 17:00 – 18:00

PACT (Partners And Communities Together)

We have arranged another PACT meeting 

On 23/11/26 at 18:00 

Location : St. Thomas Church, Longford Road / Hurst Road, Longford, Coventry, CV6 6DR.
